Jealousy

My 7 year old grandson is so jealous of my 2 year old granddaughter we have all tried to keep things even he is used to getting all the attention!

I think this is the most common problem we all face
I think by the time they will get used to be together or I hope so
The most important thing is don't let him feels that the younger sister have all the attention and care.
I would try to get a surprise gift and tell him that his younger sister got this present for him because she loves him and want to share with him playing with this gift or things like that

The worst thing is when a woman in her 50's has a  90 year old mother that is jealous of all her friends and is actually mean to us

I dont have that problem my mom has just as many bingo freinds as i have our problem is our children feel we are to old and should stay home and watch their kids while they go out and socialize

Which is probably why their children are so jealous! That never occured to me before

Is this a jealousy I think she need some care from her daughter when people get old they return to be children in their thinking
So all she needs in her age is some care from her daughter and I think she deserve it

My almost 3 year old daughter is like that with my almost 1 year old son. He will be walking in between my husband and I and she will cut him off and knock him down. To make matters worse she doesn't want to be potty trained because she wants to be the baby. I didn't have this problem with my almost 5 year old son when she was born. He was good and could have cared less. Some kids are just more jealous than others. I have a friend who just had a baby. She has a 5 year old boy and he reverted back to sleeping in their bed since the baby was sleeping in their room. He is extremely jealous.

people tell me all the time that it is the way the where or are raised this is not true i didnt raise them like that we have always  made it equal no matter how it cost us
