so your saying once I have posted my 30 for the month I have to pick three to submit....how does that work do they inform me that I have reached my 30 and then send me to a page with all my post and have me choose three, or do I have to do that on my own?

That's part of it. After you post your 30 contributory posts you pick 3 to submit. Those 3 should informative, humorous, helpfull, extra...Click on 'paid to post', it tells you exactly what you need to do.

Click on "Are you getting paid to post yet?" (on the top of each forum page) where you will find answers to all your posted questions and more!

30 post per month but we are only allowed nine post a day.

 I've read posts in the past where people had waited until the last couple of days of the month to try to complete their 30 posts. I would never do that.  Too many things could go wrong (like losing your Internet connection) plus you miss the whole point of being a part of a friendly, informative forum, people helping people and getting to know each other in the process.  But I've never heard that we are limited to nine posts per day.  Is this in the FAQ's or tutorial video's?

No, it was posted by Admin in another post regarding all the new people posting two or three word posts too many times, or starting too many new topics right in a row. Admin said the rule applies only to new members, and/or only until they have a few hundred posts.

I didnt know about the pick 3 of there posts. I didnt do that in December. Does that mean I dont get paid?

You can still submit your posts for December, go to the forum bonus request form http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php and select your three post IDs then hit submit. There is a link on the left where you can view all your posts, and see the post IDs.
