What do you do when you sneak off by yourself for some quiet time.

When I want to sneak off by myself I go off to cafe's and libraries. I go to little out of the way places and eat scones and apple fritters so none of my dieting friends see me. I go to antique stores and thrift stores and buy cheap but fabulous items to keep in my little cubby hole.

i like to go shopping, even if it's just window shopping 
i can browse for hours at my favorite places, get inspiration
from craft stores, and find unique teasures for very little
or no money at all. that's my own personal "retail therapy."

if i'm at home, i'll spend time reading or doing crafts.
lately i've been organizing my spare room into a craft room
so i can get my creative streak back.

I normally read a book for my quiet time.  Occasionally, I take a long walk to go site seeing.  My quiet time is also my special time to mediate and different aspect of life.

No need to do that much since the kids are gone from home.  I used to love to go outside and stare at the sky or go to the woods. It was so peaceful.

I don't need to sneak off, but in my quiet time, I either spend time on the internet or play video games.

I am usually shopping, but if I can, I just enjoy the peace and quiet!!!

I may go to the zoo, the museum or a movie. This is my way of enjoying some relaxation and quiet time for myself.

Like yourself I like the library, but nowadays I don’t get to go there as much as I would like to. Now I can only sit alone in my car or stay in my room at home for my personal quiet time recharging energy either reading, listening to audio lectures, or to meditate.

going to the beach listening to music and playing games relaxes me ^^ yeah i go to dave and busters to play when mention games
