The Best Gift You Bought This Holiday Season?

In the spirit of "It's better to give than to receive," what's the best gift that you bought for someone else this holiday season? It's really hard to buy things for other people, so let's triumph in the few successes we have! 

Hmm... I'll start! Me and my friends are massive fans of The Hunger Games and I bought one of them a piece of GORGEOUS handmade jewelry from Etsy. If you're familiar with the series, it's a "steampunk" Mockingjay pin filled with tiny clockwork designs for a background instead of an empty cutout and a Swarovski crystal on the tail of the bird.

What was your best purchase for another person?

It would be the flying lesson I bought for my hubby.

My dad is always so hard to buy for. I was so excited with his gift this year. We bought him a Johnny Unitas Baltimore Colts football jersey. We are originally from Baltimore and he was a huge Baltimore Colts fan. He loved it.

i don't know what the "best gift" i bought this year. but i did get things that my family needed or want. clothes , memory card and a piggy bank

The best gift would have to be the complete Series on DVD of the old tv show COMBAT for my husband.  HE LOVES it .... I'm sure I may regret it after hundreds of hours of episodes but I'm happy that he loves it and that makes it the best gift I bought.
