My oldest boy is 4 and he likes to help me in the kitchen when I'm baking. He likes to mix and roll out dough. I definitely will teach him how to cook.

The first thing my son learned to cook was french toast.  He was always so proud to make it just a perfect golden brown.

That's awesome! I absolutely HATE to cook. I used to help my mom and do it for fun when I was a kid, but now. Bleh. I hate it.

That is great that she is starting early!  She will probably be a wonderful cook when she is an adult and hopefully always love to cook.  Not many people cook these days!!!  I LOVE to cook too!!
