Am I the only person that is never qualified for survey I think I've been good to do only one so far

No, you have plenty of company. I have almost never qualified for any survey on Fusion Cash.  Other members do real well.    When you have the time, keep trying. Some of the surveys, apparently, are really great from what I have read.

Yeah new ones were posted today and I thought for sure I would qualify but I was WRONG...lol...the SSI has let me get through two days in a row

I stopped qualifying for most surveys a long time ago so it is very rare now that I even bother with them. I will do the FC ones that pay the penny if you get DQ'd but only because of the penny. Most of those lately I have not qualified for either and more of them recently have also just gone to an auto DQ it seems claiming I had already done the survey, when I know it is a brand new survey that I have never even seen before. Many of them also still show a title or theme that gets me interested in doing them and then turn out to be not related to the posted topic at all. That is almost more disappointing than being DQ'd on the regular ones.

Surveys are the devil.  I avoid them at all cost.
