with it being the holidays i just need to know if i cash out on 12/30 will i still get my cashout on 1/20 or do i need to do it before the 30th

You techically would have until 12/31 to cash out this month. The holidays should not affect cash out.

I think if you cash out anytime during the month you will receive your funds on the 20th of the following month.

I have enough to cash out but I will wait a little longer. when I start referring people, hopefully my cashouts will be much larger.

I am waiting as well too get as large a cash out as possible for this month. Lots of christmas presents to finish paying for in Jan.
