Being it is the end of the month. Does this mean I have to have 30 post by the 30th or will it be one month from sign up?

You need at least 30 posts to fill out the form. You don't need to be a member 30 days. you can post more then one post per day. It will take uo to 65 days for you to get the credit. In most cases they credit within 30 days
