SPORTS BRA
« on: December 20, 2011, 06:50:23 am »
Is all I wear and today I was thinking...is that a bad thing?  I think one time I read an article that whether you support those girls or not, they will sag as you age  :crybaby2: just a fact of life!

I wear them a lot, but that is because I run a lot. I wear a regular one during the day. There are ones that have more support than others. But I think everything sags as you age...

I don't think you are supposed to wear them when you sleep. I love them for exercising, but I probably wouldn't wear them all day (unless I was having a lazy day).

I've heard the same thing, but I still wear them fairly often.  I try to wear a regular bra when I'm out, but put on my sports bras at home.

I was told by a doctor that is doesn't matter the bra just the support that it gives you. I only wear a sports bra when running, but I wear a bra all the time. I have never gone without a bra, even when I was sleeping. Now sagging is a part of life you have to deal with, but the amount that you wear a bra will bring down the amount of sag alot! I have this on good fact! My bra is a D, my sisters is a C. Hers are alot sagger than mine even though I am 3 years older. She never sleeps with a bra and sometimes would go out to clubs with no bra, this has a big effect. I am 27 and mine have barely sagged since I was 18. The problem is that most people do not like sleeping in a bra, but gravity effects you all the time not just when your awake. So it really does make a big difference. I have seen lots of people younger and older than me, and compared. If you want them to stay up for longer you need to wear a bra all the time, no matter how cute your friend thinks that shirt would be without a bra. I know that most people won't believe that it matters, but like I said my sister is 3 years younger and hers are already starting to look like our moms.

Well I mean it seems like my sports bra gives good support but when I think of support an underwire comes to mind, which this does not have.  I sometimes take my bra off at night to wear lingerie instead, it's so comfy -- then again so is a sports bra.

I say be comfortable.  My wife and I are in our fifties now, and the course of nature hasn't detoured me from wanting to see, touch,or just hold her because of aging.  What would happen if cancer struck and one was disfigured?  I would expect a man to still love and appreciate regardless of physical changes.  But then again, I'm a man, and not a woman in her twenty's or thirty's so I may not really understand the worry about *bleep* sagging with age.  Just my two cents.  There went my daily email money.
