How do I cash out?

I've been a member of this site for a few years now and I've cashed out twice before.  Now I don't know how!!  It's really frustrating and I feel stupid.  When I click on the "Cashout!" links, it takes me to a page explaining how much money I need to cash out and when I will receive payment.  The bottom of the page appears to be missing (physically) and I seem to remember something else being there.  I know I have enough money.  Does it only appear towards the end of the month?

Go "back to fusioncash" at the top of this page. Click on account.  Then at the bottom on the left click on cashout and follow the instructions.  Hopefully this will get you where you need to go to get paid.

I have literally tried this 10 times on 3 different browsers.  Nothing's there.

StephaBon, sorry you're having trouble with cashing out. You must be so frustrated. You say you have enough money to cash out but what about offers? Do you have at least $15 worth of offers? Have you also tried cash out on a different computer? Hope, you find the problem soon.
