I agree!  I'm not a huge winter fan, but living in Iowa we get our fair share of cold weather.  I do like snow for Christmas though.
Doesn't look like it's in the forecast this year.  My kids love to play in the snow so a little would be welcome for a month or so, then would like it to be spring.

Christmas is in your heart. I can't always give gifts on Christmas Day. I give when I can what I can. I also live in Florida. I do not mind. It was very difficult and combersome with my handicap; no fun slipping on ice and hurting myself.....too cold......just a bummer. I am happy for those who like the snow and cold. "whatever makes you happy" ....

I am use to a warm Christmas, born and raised in California you could go to the beach some Christmas days. Never knew what a cold Christmas was until I moved to the East, and yes it does seem more like Christmas when it is cold..but I still miss the nice weather!

I think we're suffering from an "Indian Autumn" (like an Indian Summer except that it goes back to Autumn-like temperatures after the first big snow)   ;D

I love how last year we had tons of snow in November and very cold temps throughout the season so that the snow stayed the entire winter. And everyone was complaining about the long winter season. Now this year we had a little snow and already its melting to bare the grass. And people are complaining about the warm start to the season.  ::) Make up ur mind!  ;) Although living in MN, I do enjoy the warmer weather (read as temps in the teens to twenties) rather than the below-zero-my-nose-hairs-are-frozen-solid-and-this-is-hell-and-it-has-completely-frozen-over weather that we usually get (and will probably end up getting in Jan.  :sad1: )

Can you believe this weird weather? I am sure we can all believe it, since it has been ongoing for some time now, but I hate that it was 73 degrees today (dec 13th). It just isnt right to walk out and not be cold!

sigh...

I have to agree. It just doesn't feel right without a white blanket on the ground. Christmas will never lose its meaning. However with out snow sticking to the ground its like a part of Christmas is missing.

Ha, I wish it could be 70 degrees where I live on Christmas. I would probably sit on my mom and dad's porch outside to eat my dinner.

I am not a big fan or winter or cold or snow, but we are probably going to have a brown Christmas here and that is an exception.  You are right though, it doesn't seem like Christmas without snow.

I live in Florida, so I'm used to it not being cold at Christmas.  Never know what the weather will be like from one day to the next.

When I first moved to Florida, we swam on Christmas night.  It was strange at first, but I loved my Cmas' in FL.  Being back in Tx now, had to readjust but love Cmas here too.  Agree that Cmas is totally in the heart  :peace:
