For 2 months I have been having problems with paid emails not works, and cashing out. I can not get the cash out toggle to move, it just will not open like it did before. I have tried 3 browsers, IE and Chrome will not even show the cash out toggle, I just get half of page. Mozilla has the toggle again with half of page and the cash out toggle does nothing. My ? is anyone haveing these same issues? Thanks for any help.

I have not had any issues and I use Firefox and in some cases Internet Explorer. Have you tried clearing all of your browser/s history? Running a full virus scan? Maybe trying a program like Malwarebytes to see if you have any trojan/worms/rogue etc? :wave:

I was going to say you were the 2nd person to have this problem, but then I realized you were the same person.  I responded to your question in the support

This is either a problem with your PC/system or and FC problem.

Have you cleared your cookies and temp file?
Using the IE tools is good, but if you have Ccleaner it will do a more complete job. (Free download -- just google Ccleaner.  It will also clean  up your registry.  It does wipe out all of your temp files so passwords will be deleted.)

I have not had a problem with cashing out (did so on Oct 30). 

Have you had any feedback from Support?
