do ur neighbors use YOUR garbage cans?

I really am incensed to hear of such a thing. People have no idea how this type of behavior speaks volumes about character. I suppose your neighbor has none. Report them to the landlord, you pay rent and should not have to be bothered with this nonsense. Get a picture or a video of them doing it show it to the landlord if he doesn't do anything about it. Take a series of videos make sure they are date stamped and take the person to court on a nuisance complaint and sue them. Certain behaviors can be ignored by neighbors, you chalk it up to human nature some things cannot and you don't know if this person could be doing something illegal that the evidence of it could wind up in your trash and you could be blamed for it. Stranger things have happened. I say handle it calmly but deal with it.

Hi there! This is my first day on fusioncash and I'm confused!!! But about the trashcans? I live in a house with an apartment complex across the street. We get free trash service in this town. One time I missed the trashman so I was bringing it to the apartment dumpsters and this woman came running out in her bra and underwear screaming at me to use my own trashcans.  She went on and on and on. I couldn't say anything to her because I was laughing too hard! I don't miss the trash man anymore!! :

I haven't had the issue in a long while, but I have seens this done years ago when once or twice a neighbor must have used my garbage as the bin was packed (I hardly even use half the capacity). My issue nowadays actually revolve people looking into our recycler bin. We can tell as the lid is left open. In more recent times I have postponed putting the bin out until closer to when I leave for work.
