Hi Guys, I'm a newbie, wanting to cashout with my 1st 25.00 and it keeps telling me i haven't completed enough offers, I've only had 3 referrals and have 16.50 in offers (or so that is what I calculated.). Is there any reason I can't cashout? Do they not count the $5 sign on bonus as completing offers? If so should I email someone? Thanks for any help!

As far as i know they do not count to $5 sign up bonus in the "Offer generated cash".

At least $15 needs to come from offers you've completed. The $5 sign on bonus doesn't count as an offer or so I would assume.
