Good Eats gets my top honors.
Chopped, Challenges, and Cake shows in general.
Diner shows are ok when there's nothing else on.
I don't watch the Food Network channel as much, but other members in my family do a lot.

I really like Chopped and Triple D makes me hungry too. I search for recipes from the show. I've made a couple good ones.
