Direct deposit: Invaild account number after cashing number.
« on: October 26, 2011, 10:02:11 pm »
After completing $25.00 in offers, and cashing out, I set up direct deposit linked to my bank account. I cashed out on the 15th of last month so I expected a payout by the 20th of October. The message I have gotten is that the Credit has been returned for invaild account number. Therefore, I'm supposed to contact support to have my payment resent. I also have paypal. I never got a response back from support so there really seems to be nothing to do about it. any help or advice to get paid? thanks

Perhaps you mistyped your account number. It's possible. You have the option of correcting your direct deposit information by clicking on the direct deposit option on your account page. Here is the relevant paragraph;

If you would like to change or delete the stored Direct Deposit information above, which terminates the Deposit Agreement between you and FusionCash, click here or call (714) 276-9105. Note that if your payment method is currently set to "Direct Deposit", it will be reset to "Check".

So you could re-enter your direct deposit banking information and stay with direct deposit or you could switch to PayPal if you wish. You should then be able to request a cash out again which would amount to your current balance and which you would receive on or around November 20th. The inconvenience is waiting another month to get paid, but your payment would be higher. I doubt if you're going to lose your money. It's more likely there may be some delay until the situation is resolved.

You also did not mention how long you've been waiting for a response to that support ticket. In my experience, it generally takes 2-3 days to receive a response. FC will respond eventually. I would also consider calling the above number to see if FC can help you over the phone. Why not call during regular business hours and find out exactly what your options are?  If the issue can be cleared up that way, there may be a chance that you could receive your payment sooner. It's worth a shot. Good luck to you.  :peace:
