refferals cashing out

hi im new and iam a little confused about the refferal thing. Lets say i get 15dollars in offers and like 85dollars in refferasl can i cash out 100 dollars or only 25?

$25 is the minimum needed to cash out, with $15 of the $25 being offer completions.

You can cash out up to $600 no problem, but anymore than that it may be a little more delayed, since tax forms are needed.
