Why Do I receive Less Surveys From Sendearnings Close to Paid Out Time?

:sad1:Why do some paid survey websites tend to send fewer surverys when it comes time to get paid? It think it is not fair. Because sendearnings survey site keeps disqualifing me from taking a survey because all I need is $1.00 to get paid. I am really getting frustrated should I hang in there until I get paid?
