I have on many levels...some just a little & some to the extreme. Nowadays I try not to let anyone take me that far out of my character. But believe me it's a daily task!

Sad to say, but I did lose it really bad once. After that I tend to stay in control since I know just how "out of control" I can be. I choked a girl til she started turning blue for trying to push me through a second floor window. Enough said.

I'm too afraid of losing control.  I get the shakes and I cry.  I can't even laugh uncontrollably because of my PTSD.

I have before, maybe more than once.  I remember one distinct time where I was 'seeing red' as the saying goes.  I remember my focused attention and resolute purpose.  Everything around me seemed heightened in intensity and I must say the feeling was rather enjoyably.  I intended to kill someone and except for intervention from others I would have joyfully done this with the most pleasure anyone can take in anything.  I had no fear.  No blade, or staff, or pointed gun was going to stop me and why I didn't attack those that intervened I cannot fathom.  Least that is the way I remember it anyways.

Lost control of what? I've lost control of my emotions a lot more than once... passion is a necessity!
