Should Truck Drivers be fined for text messaging, while traveling the interstate?
I was behind a 18 wheeler that wasnt in control, due to limited mobility.

I sort of have the opinion that people should be fined for text messaging anyways lol.  Seems to be backwards tech to me (friend of mine the other day was talking about voice recognition software to convert what he says to text so he can text faster/easier and I am still shaking my head about that).  I am waiting for the morse code phone.
