Questions Regarding Rules

I have read the terms and conditions of this site, and i have some questions still about what I can and can't do.  For the record, I haven't done any of these things, but I only wish to find out if they are allowed.  If they are permitted, then I will do it.

1)  It says, "No Walkthroughs" Does that include posting a tutorial on how to register (On my site)?
2)  If I can have a tutorial, can it include screen shots?
3)  Am I allowed to request people to click my banner (Its on my site)
4)  Am I allowed to give a reward (ex. A better membership account) for people who click my banner (On my site)?
