this will FINALLY end the problem of people like myself doing support tickets and them being ignored because there are only a few people who work for FC.

It may not actually be ignoring you just more like....

  • this might be a global issue and we need to figure out how to resolve a group
  • this issue might be limited to just one person
  • this topic has been covered time and time again in the forum

Things like that. But not going to lie, it would be nice to work from home for FC :wave:

Our site-wide average response time is 48 hours, and that includes weekends and holidays.  I know that some of your tickets have lingered for longer, but in those cases it's typically because we had to bump up your ticket to a higher level for further research.  Our customer service is not perfect but we do work at it.  I am sorry for the delays you have experienced.

I always got the response within 48 hours and the problem in the ticket I submitted was resolved without any delay. I am quite happy with the answer speed and I will continue trusting the system and taking advantage of it more often.
