What about this weather?
« on: August 18, 2011, 11:45:13 pm »
Today the high was 104.  Tomorrow we will be in luck with a whooping 102.  The weather man said that their is a 90% chance of no rain.  We're on a water shortage warning.  We can't wash our cars or fill up our pools until this drought passes.  We are allowed to water our lawn but only on certain days.  If we get caught using water when we are not allowed we get fined.  So what's going on where ya'll live.

I'm in Oregon so we are just getting a good start to summer finally.  We are supposed to have our first couple of 90 degree days this weekend.

we are under the same water restrictions here in Texas.  all this hot weather keeps me indoors nowadays.

I am in Texas and it is HOT...over 100 for most of the summer. I am ready for fall weather - even though it seems to last a couple of days. Then it goes straight to winter!

I,m on the Gulfcoast and the heat and humidity has been almost unbearable. Temp has been 95-98 degrees, with a heat index of 104-107. Plus there a few named storms inthe Atlantic. WE're coming up on the anniversary of Katrina.

Its been 107°-120° here most every day.  I will be very glad when summer is over here in the desert area.  I love living here but the summer time can wear you down.  :notworthy:

It is a little rainy here. I think it is nice. I did want to go swimming though, oh well, swim in the rain.

I'm use to cool and cloudy weather. We're not under any water shortage fortunately. When the temperature starts getting around 80 I start suffering. Over the 100s and I probably will not go out, but just compliment myself to a nice ice cream at home.
