Problems with Videos

I have had problems with getting credit for the videos. Sometimes the videos don't load, other times they don't  credit, then  you click next video and they repeat and you still don't get credit.  I have sent a support ticket just about every time letting know the problem.
Am I the only one? I think I am going to ignore the video link for now

the against the wall one does not load on any browser.
