We don't really cook steak unless it's a really special occasion, but no I don't marinate them.  I baste them with garlic butter though.  sounds weird, but I love it!!!   :thumbsup:

If it's not mooing I'm not eating it.  I think steak taste best cooked over a campfire. Seasoing or not, doesn't matter.

Hardly ever eat steak- just too lazy to buy/cook it.  But medium well is my preferred mode.  Why wasn't this an option in the poll?  And why have "donewell" if you also have "well done" ?   :o
