what did you do today, me I did some washing and cleaning how exciting

In order to actually have a safe 4th of July is to not celebrate with fireworks.

I had to work today so when I got home I just ate a bite and layed down for a nap.  I slept for a couple of hours and my son came by.

Here in Texas, is a bit subdued with a ban of fireworks since everything is so dry here. Just going to have some friends over and chill.

We had a subdued, safe, and relaxing 4th of July.

My husband and I finished up the last odd jobs of
redoing our bedroom.  Hung the new curtain rod and
curtain, installed the air return registers...

It looks nice after tearing off wall paper and repainting.

Then we played a few games of lawn Bean Bag
and had a nice bonfire.

No fireworks, no firecrackers.
