Need Help please

Hello everyone, I'm new here and i can't put up a picture orsave anything to my profile.  Everytime I try it doesn't save.  I was able to put up the banner. ???

What browser are you using? I had a prob with that at first but Im on the latest Firefox and it worked fine now

The thingie you use to look at the webpages :) If you are using IE it should work-are you clicking change profile after you browse for your pic?
