i wish if fusion cash make earning money by surfing websites  :) :) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) :) :)

I like the idea of surfing different web site and getting paid for it FC could ask questions about each site so they can see that you really did look at the site and didn't just open it and then close it.  I think company's would pay nicely to part of this type of program also......Win Win for everyone.

Wow, you haven't even been a member for a week and you already know what should be changed on FC. That's amazing, really!
The great ideas you have come up with are not going to happen any time soon, if ever, per the admin here. FC's surveys are NOT screened by FC and there is NO way they can be. Perhaps you should contact the companies responsible for the surveys and tell them what parameters for qualifying YOU deem appropriate. There are multiple threads already on the birthday bonus and the survey problems, so you are 'beating a dead horse'. FC is a great site, but there are plenty of others out there and your suggestions might help them out.

When I see things like this I always wonder if you go to an established restaurant, an established business, and tell them how they ought to be doing things?

Geez, lighten-up Jordan. Is this how you treat all new members? This is a thread for suggestions on how to improve FC, not give your opinion of the new members. You should take the advice of your signature. Pot meet kettle.

"Is this how you treat all new members?"
Why don't you also ask the Administrator this question, since he deemed it worthy of a lengthy reply also?

"This is a thread for suggestions on how to improve FC, not give your opinion of the new members."
Take your own advice. This is NOT a thread for you to "give your opinion" of established members either.

For the record, the OP [original poster] stuck around for a total of ~2 weeks after giving lots of ideas on changing this site, but never bothered to [even] try the things that DO work. I help anyone new with their questions if I have the answer or can direct them to one, but NOT those who want to jump in and express unfounded and unnecessary 'opinions' before they have even bothered to read how the site works. 8)

One suggestion I have is to be able to hide all offers you have cashed out.

One suggestion I have is to be able to hide all offers you have cashed out.

If you are talking about offers which can only be completed 1 time, for instance the "Netflix Free Trial" offer, you just need to click on the X - "Hide this offer from your page". That will prevent it from showing up again. Any that you have 'hidden' via the method above, can be seen in "My account" at the bottom under "Hidden Offers". There you can view and/or un-hide the ones you blocked. If this is NOT what you were referring to, sorry for the detailed explanation and lack of help on my part. ;)

I would like to see the offers we completed or missed out on auto delete for the day only. This way we wouldn't keep getting the same offer options. I see where we can manually delete an offer but when the pages refreshes, the same offers show-up again.

Are you sure you are actually deleting them via the X or are you clicking the "Mark" button to save them and view later? All the offers I have hidden, since being here for 2+ years, have never shown again, period. I just went in and checked [to hide/delete] 4 of the daily surveys I always use, refreshed the page 3 times, and even totally closed and reopened my browser, just to check myself, and they are nowhere to be found. I'm not sure what you're doing incorrectly or maybe you aren't talking about the same thing? :dontknow:

FusionCash is not like a restaurant; our paying customers aren't you members but rather the advertisers and survey providers.  Members like yourself are independent contractors, and you get paid rather than paying us (like you do with most businesses).

We work hard to balance the needs of our members (without whom there wouldn't be a site) and our advertisers (without whom we couldn't keep the lights on).  This means a number of compromises: we have to limit the amount of bonuses we issue (we don't earn anything from it being your birthday... not to mention that with 2.3 million members we'd be issuing approximately 6000 birthday bonuses per day on average... not to FURTHER mention that if there was a birthday bonus, people might tell their referrals to choose a fake birthdate which is coming up soon so that they can get an additional bonus [and an incentive to falsify information is bad]).

As for survey qualification, it's a complex issue:
1) Surveys are often routed through two or more survey systems, and they rarely share information: so you may have to "qualify" for a survey multiple times.
2) Surveys are typically targeted at one demographic "slice", for example "males in the midwest".  Once the quota of "males in the midwest" is full, you wont qualify anymore.  You may see other people being credited for the same survey, because they're in a different 'slice'.
3) Since your qualification depends on your demographics (which you can't control) different members have different experiences with surveys.  For some, who are among rarer demographics, they almost always click through, qualify and get credited.  For others, among more common demographics, they have more difficulties qualifying.

To belabor the restaurant metaphor, a survey provider might "order" 200 survey completions from "males in the midwest".  If we delivered them "females in new york" instead, they'd rightfully be dissatisfied; like getting fish 'n chips when you ordered a steak.  This is why taking surveys can be frustrating, inconsistent work.  If there was a way to improve it, we would, but you can't really tell a multi-billion dollar multinational research firm that their survey platform "needs to be fixed"...
Thanks for a great explanation of how surveys work. The current trend overall is toward "minorities," and apparently surveys aren't any different. So it's just harder for whites to qualify for surveys. That's OK; there are still other ways for us to earn here. I don't usually bother with the surveys anyway.

Seriously? I am 'white/caucasian' and make it through many surveys on here. I don't believe in any way that the overall demographics wanted by the survey companies are determined by the color of one's skin. There's a whole lot more ie age, location, education, income, habits, etc. A little 'southern racism' on your part perhaps? :confused1:

Most surveys are targeted on geography, gender, and/or age.  Few of them target specific "minorities".  I just ran some stats to be sure, and it's as I suspected: there is NO evidence for the hypothesis that "non-white" members are credited for surveys less than any other ethnicity.  That is to say, the percentage of Caucasian members overall is virtually identical to the proportion of Caucasian users credited for FC Surveys.

In your particular case I suspect the issue is your city of residence: it seems to have a rather low population.  Market research surveys are often focused on major metropolitan areas, since advertising there is more efficient and easier than advertising in smaller towns.

I like the birthday "bonus" idea too....maybe a dollar for every year you're a member of FC, i.e. $1 the first year of membership on your birthday, $2 the second year, etc.
