I saw a blond joke that I didn't get....so, I came up with one I use in college

 for an excuse for doing something really Stupid.

I recently got my license & was driving a guy friend around town. The fact that I'm direction challenged didn't help. I was blindly following his instructions on how to get to the Library. He tells me turn left or right I do. He told me to turn into a busy intersection so, I did. There was only I big problem with that, I turned into a 1 way intersection! My life flash before me as the cars going the right direction was barreling down towards me. I'm thinking Game over Man, Game over!!!! The guy friend didn't help any b/c he was screaming like a girly-man as I tried to focus on the situation. In the corner of my eye, I saw the side walk leading to the library & slammed my foot on the gas & the car leaped into the side walk barely missing getting smashed by the cars on the street. Nobody was hurt, I killed some small plants,trees, rocks. The girly-man ex-friend refused to get in the car again.
The officers were taking the incident report & asked why did I turn on a 1 way street. Honestly, when I turned on the street, my mind just want totally blank. I told the officers the first thing that came into mind. Sorry, officers I guess I was, TEMPORARY BLONDED! The Incident Report took a/o 2hrs 2b completed. It was about an hr when the officers could finally stop laughing & pull themselves together. I interrogated my mother for several hrs. Did we have blond recessive genes or did she cheat on dad w/the blond mailman? Damn it to hell, I couldn't break her, she's going to take the truth to her grave!
