O.K. I was just trying to ive my refferal link to this guy and it just kept taking him to my site? How to I get him to the sign up site?

If you are signed in at the time he is clicking on your referral link - it will take him to YOUR sign in page -that's what it does.  There should still be a link for him to sign up tho.
