AND HOW WILL MY CASHOUT BE APPROVE? WHEN I CASHOUT DOES IT MEAN ITS APPROVE AND WHEN IT HIT THE PAYPUT DATE. I WILL GET THE MOENY WITHING 3 DAYS?

If you cash out by May 31, you will get paid by June 20. If it is paypal or direct deposit, you will get it the same day but if you get paper check it will be a few days after that as the check will be mailed out by the 20th.

then how come it says it PAYS OUT every 20th of the month?

It is payout the 20th of every month, when you cash out you get paid the 20th of the month after you cash out. Whenever you cash out, you have to wait until the 20th of the following month. I believe it says that in the rules and the FAQ. The 20th of every month, they pay out everyone that cashed out by the last day of the previous month.

If you cash out right now you would get paid on June 20th - so I would just wait until the last day of the month - same pay out day.

No, you will not get paid until June 20. No matter when you cash out during the month, you will not get paid until the 20th of the following month. Alot of people (including myself) wait until the last day of the month to cash out so you get more money in your pay out. But some people like to cash out as soon as they have $25 (At least $15 in offers) so they can start building their next cash out.
So if you cash out on June 1 you would not get paid until July 20. So to lessen the time you have to wait for your money, it is better to wait until the end of the month to cash out.
To get paid tomorrow, you would have had to cash out by April 30.
