ok..I'm new..but this is what I thought I knew.. $1.00 for when a person signs up and CONFIRMS email. $2.00 for completing first offer. and $5 for cashing out. Correct? ok. Well..I have referred 10 people so far...4 of which I have gotten the $2.00 completed offer bonus. BUT I have yet to receive any $1's for them signing and confirming emails. WHY? can they do offers without confirming emails?

Sounds like you understand perfectly.  You can send a trouble ticket to support and I'm sure they'll fix you right up!

And the $5 cashout you will get after they cashout and payment is approved.

Probably out of luck... if they didn't confirm that probably means that after joining it isn't really their deal and they aren't going to check back.

Think that is just for cashing out, not for the referrer to get credit.

all they have to do is signup and u get 1 dollar.... fill out a survey and you get 2 dollars... cashout and you get 5 dollars
