I don't think so.  Believe I tried to access the forum directly, once, and was asked to sign in.

But you have you affiliate link; now you need to get it out to people you know and tell them about FC.  But don't spam them.

Use the search function on the Forum (referrals; Old Buddy) for suggestions on how to get referrals.
