It says right in the rules that only people living in the US can be members of Fusion Cash. Everything is spelled out. I'm happy about that. Kinda makes me think of a US company that is loyal to US members. With so many companies taking jobs overseas, it's refreshing to know we are being paid by an American company.

Yep, and as a small business, we "enjoy" having among the highest effective tax rates in the world - so when you earn money with FC you're also generating tax revenue for the government :)

I was denied a cash out in 2006

This sort of confuses me profit4us.... was this something that happened to you back in 2006 and you're posting about it now? Or have you re-joined since then?

As far as if anything has changed, I'd say just look at the "post your payment" thread on this forum.

I can understand feeling upset about referrals you have no control over joining. None of us have any control over who signs up from our websites or blogs. You can have

US / CANADA MEMBERS ONLY

flashing in huge font all over your website, and some people will still sign up, either because they don't read or just choose to blatantly ignore this rule. But it seems based on the Admin's response that this automatically refuses sign ups from outside of the country now.

I love fusion Cash!! I have been paid each time I have cashed out, this is not a scam site, I wouldn't waste my time on it if it were. There are some out there that I have tried and they don't even come close to Fusion Cash. Give it another try and make sure you understand the rules. Good Luck to you! :peace:

If I understood what I read correctly -- you can put a referral link on your website, blog, twitter, facebook, etc. and if someone clicks on that link who is NOT from USA or Canada, the FC system will automatically kick back their registration and it will not hurt your account or ability to collect what you have earned from valid referrals or from surveys and such that you have completed??

That sure would stink to work so hard towards a cashout only to lose it because someone signed up thru your referral link that you had no control over..

I Very Rarelysee a bad comment about Fusion Cash, and when I read one, the bad things are usually related to not reading the RULES.. :BangHead: One of the greatest things about this site as opposed to other earning sites is this Forum.  I have not yet received a payment, but just from reading posts from real members here, I am 100% sure that I will receive my earnings.  I do mostly free offers and the daily mail and daily offer.  If I am looking to purchase a certain item, or order flowers, etc, I research the shopping offers on my sites to see if I can save money and get cash back. I have always received my credit for shopping, too.  Fusion Cash is one of the Top Rated earning sites.  I hope you will give it another try.  I would love to see a post from you in the future with a  to Fusion Cash!!  Here's mine

For many years, non-US/CA signups have been rejected and do not count against your account.

What happened in this case (back in 2006) was not just putting a banner on a website: it was placing the referral link into "rotators" and "autosurf" programs which were made for India, China, etc.  That's why it's different.
