Do you think that organic food is over-rated? Would you pay more to eat organic?

I have a friend in Mexico whose grandchildren are starting organic farming for the whole country. I sure hope prices for organic become cheaper AND they replace regular food.

No, organic food should be cheaper since no chemicals are use to grow them.

The only organic food I can afford is when I grow my own. I wish I could eat organic but when you have to chose between having enough food for the month or buying all organic I chose eating regular food all month long except when I can grow my own in summer.

very overrated. recently lost 66 pounds and i never eat organic food. i guess it's cool if you're really dedicated...but i know as someone who LOOOVES food, i could never live off of that stuff. most of it is so bland, aside from maybe 2 brands.

Actually, I think organic meat and veggies taste so much better than regular.  You get to taste the food instead of the chemicals.  Some of the processed (organic) food can be bland, but really you are better off not eating alot of processed foods.  I always buy organic whenever possible.
