It goes in spurts for me.  Sometimes I'm a night owl and only take cat naps during the day, or I can sleep 10-15 hours at a time after running on little/no sleep for 2-3 days.  It's amazing how much I can get accomplished at night during insomnia runs.

When I travel overseas, the next 4-5 days are great as the jet lag helps me sleep anywhere, anytime....until I get used to the time zone.

Finally getting use to DST. Like to get up early but the hour change really throws me off. Wish they would just get rid of it.

I wish I could get better sleep. I sleep an average of 3 hours a night if I'm lucky.

Good sleep is so important!! I dont think you realize how much sleep you really need until you have a child or a puppy and stay up all night. I usually need at least 7-8 hours a sleep a day. I would love being able to sleep in on my days off but I know thats not gonna happen hehe. Its okay though I still get plenty up sleep to feel rested for the day!!

If I don't get a least 7 hours of a sleep a night I am a grouch all day long.  I make it a priority to get my sleep.

For me having a good sleep after having a really tiring but fun day with my friends or family is the best because I get that content feeling and just makes me smile. Those are one of the best moments where I have good sleep. :)

If I don't sleep 8 hours I don't feel ok... I don't know why, it's in my head. Even if I sleep 7h45 ...it's not the same :dontknow:
