Support Area( Beneficial or Not?)

I would say so. Just might take a bit of a response. I posted about the daily-emails not going out and I am currently in contact with the support group here.

It helps the oldies by giving us the opportunity to help others and post.
It helps the newbies by giving them info and direction on where to find information and how to's.

I've posted a few original topics and have received quick and helpful feedback.

Surfing the Forum takes a bit of experience, but just going through the recent entries and checking out the Beginners Guide at the top of the Support section helps get you oriented.
