Refferal problems!!

I continue to get the same problem told to me, when they get done with the basic sign up and click to get confirmation mail, either it says server down or error.


NEED HELP!!!

humm, I never heard of that.  Maybe before they confirm if they clear their cache and browsing history.  I like using ccleaner it keeps my computer running good.
