current amount problem

i have earned 5$ in offers but they show my current amount as 3$ and have shown 5$ in brackets....
it looks like this

Current balance is: $3.00
($5.00 in offers,
   $0.00 in bonuses)
Awaiting payment of: $40.68
Cashout!

can anybody guide me on this

That's strange. Maybe the system just hasn't caught up to itself yet? If it doesn't fix itself in 24 hours, maybe do a support ticket?

Yeah, that is weird. I agree with pamela32280. If it doesn't fix itself submit a support ticket.

My account showed the same when I first started this site. Then within 24 hours everything showed up normally. I would wait a total of 24 hours and see if anything changes. If not I would contact support to see what they can do. :)

Have you looked through your history of credited items to see if any have been revoked?  You may have had an offer revoked for some reason.  Also, do you have any referrals?  If so, after the staff reviewed them, they might have revoked your referral bonus because a referral might have signed up under the same IP number as someone else, physical address, e-mail address, or other reasons.

If nothing on your credited offers list has been revoked, you might want to submit a support ticket to see what is going on.  Good luck to you.

You had a couple offer credits revoked.  That's why your balance was reduced.  If you want, I can take it out of your current pending cashout instead, just open a support ticket if that's what you'd prefer and I'll make the switch.
