Dieting... that time again

so I am sooo overwight, moreso than ever before in my life. I have started the slim fast 3-2-1 diet plan. Anyone have any advise or tips? or know anything about this plan?

So it is day 6 of the 3-2-1 slim fast diet I started. I blew yesterday completely  :sad1: but I am really trying. It has definately made me more calorie conscious. The 3 snacks boasted in the plan are TINY... Like 2 bites. And the meal bars arent much better so I have been leaning towards the shakes instead. I am suprised how good the shakes taste. i was expecting a nightmare. My biggest problem is that none of it really satisfies me. I am constantly hungry.

Don't think of it as dieting.  Make small changes, and drink LOTS and LOTS of water.  Remember that you are human, you will make mistakes.  Allow yourself to make them, meaning don't get upset and throw in the towel when you do.  Keep a daily journal to help keep yourself on track.  Write down your thoughts, feeling, what you ate, things you want to do tomorrow, ect.  Most of all be positive.  Only you can do this....you can and you will if you really want to!
