Admin/Kohler - I completed the Rev 31 offer a few days ago.  I told you on the support ticket that I did it a few days ago and you guys replied, "If you haven't been credited automatically over 30 days there is nothing we can do."  blah blah blah.  Please look into this!

I too asked them to help me but I got no help. I did a cell phone survey and never got credit for It. I was told the same thing too.
