What is the backbone to any business?

I think leverage is because people helping others goes a long way in this world.  I need help on getting more referrals.

I think the backbone to every business is a strong vision and dedication. One must keep the goal of the company in mind in order to believe the business will succeed. If you can see it, you can believe it and when you believe, "seeing is believing," and then the vision comes to life. Every business needs a worker or workers with dedication to keep the business going strong. Without clear view and dedication to see and make the business grow the business is nothing at all.
