Firefox Problems

I have a mac book and usually use safari.  But sometimes I have to use firefox to do FC offers, watch videos and use toolbars.  I have been having a problem with firefox since yesterday.  My computer freezes when I try to load it.  I am forced to load another page and then force quit firefox.  I get a message that firefox is not responding.  I have had this happen once in a while but never ongoing.  Is anyone else having a problem with firefox?  And any suggestions as to what i can do to get firefox responding again.

Hey, I'm using firefox on a PC right now so its different.
But, you can try uninstalling firefox and reinstalling it.
If that doesn't work just try using another browser like
Aeris or something like that.

it definitely sounds like you're having issues with your browser. you can also use internet explorer to do offers and surveys.

Definitely an issue with the browser and not the site from the sound of things.  Uninstalling and reinstalling would probably be best, but I'm not sure how that works on a Mac.  I'm more of a PC guy myself (only because that's what most of the world still uses).
