This is true I feel the same way. But you have to look at it in this way alot of companies will not hire if you are over qualified because then they would have to pay you more than what they would pay someone who doesn't have enough experience that needs to be trained understand?

If you think about it, "affirmative action" is an inherently racist (and sexist) policy. It's essentially making a mockery out of everyone.  Those who should be employed having their knowledge and skillset go to waste just so the knowingly underqualified or unqualified people can take their places to fill a quota.
