Really? I've been a member since mid-Sept. and just got my first cashout yesterday ($30).  All I do is try each daily survey (3 times max before I quit trying to qualify), do the daily email and ptc, watch any videos, and then get the forum bonus ($3) for posting 30 times/month.  I have been trying the Wednesday and Saturday promotions as well, though I sometimes miss the Saturday one due to being in Eastern time, and therefore, asleep, when it's posted.  I cashed out in mid October, so it takes about a month-month 1/2, depending on survey luck.  I don't have any referrals yet, either, though I hope to get some soon.

On the offers page, select "Daily" to reduce the number of offers you have to look through, then choose the one labeled "More Special Offers".  If there are videos available, they will be in the videos tab on the special offers page.  Sometimes they have specific ages they target, or they have issues loading, but make sure to clear your cookies before trying to view the videos to get the best results.  And if you use more than one internet browser, if the videos aren't working for you on one (say Internet Explorer), then try another.  I have both Google Chrome and IE, and usually if a video is having trouble loading on one, I can load it on my other browser and it'll work.  And if specific videos aren't loading, check the forums to see if anyone else is having issues; if I have issues with videos not loading, I normally wait a day or two and they eventually start working.

Most typically pay about $0.02-0.06 per video.
