lmao no it does'nt say anywhere about going over 70mph but lol. it does say tho shall not harm another there  for by going over 70mph... what's gonna happen? lol say my point. all things are there for a reason. but i just feel it's wrong to tell someone to stop being them because one does'nt like the way they talk.
