The Benefits of Eating Dark Chocolate

Chocolate is made from plants and therefore has the benefits of dark vegetables, believe it or not.  Dark chocolate contains antioxidant and has as nearly eight times the number of strawberries.  One ounce of dark chocolate  provides the benefits of a healthier heart, lower blood pressure, and a better mood.  Could imagine what strawberries dip in chocolate could do for you!!!

I eat dark chocolate as a life extension method. It's way easier than exercise.

IT is supposed to be high in antioxidants, finally chocolate is good for you.
