Of course people really get paid.  Look at all the banners in member's signatures all throughout the forum.  Just look at mine... I've been paid $558 in 14 months.

The best way to make cash here is to just do offers which interest you.  Otherwise, getting referrals brings in nice money.  $1.00 for each referral who confirms their e-mail address after signing up.  Then, $2.00 once they complete their first offer.  Then, you get $5.00 each and every time they cashout... for life.

referrals are great.  also doing the daily stuff--the paid to click and the daily cash email and attempting the daily surveys is a great way for it to add up quickly!
