Activation money help
« on: October 18, 2009, 03:55:38 pm »
Hello everyone, I just signed up today and never received the 5 dollars for activating my account. Are there any steps I may have missed?

only confirm your signup by clicking the link in the confirmation email received from FC and verify your phone number also you might used a public pc or friend's pc so all the accounts will have the same IP address

Depends on how your college is wired. But there's a good chance of that.
I don't think that affects your bonus though.

This was like two years ago, so my memory may be off, but I don't I had verified my phone when I got my bonus. I just clicked the confirmation email and filled out my profile.

Quick way to check if you're on a shared ip, would be to check a site like whatismyip.com and then ask someone in another room to do the same, and see what it is.
If it's the same, you're on a shared network.
