My opinion of online relationships is that when is asking someone for money within a one month time period considered weird or just a scam to get money from a person you dont know. I have had a few online relationships but only one actually lasted for a year and we drifted apart.

My experience... No they don't work out. But others have better luck than most. Won't know till you take the risk.

I think they stand as good a chance as any other way. One of my good friends and my step-brother married the people they met online and are still happy after many years.

Like normal relationships--sometimes yes and sometimes no.
If the relationship is worth it, one or both sides will fight anything to make it happen.

well personally i find it weird because alot of people lie... some may not but who knows it can be creepy too.

i may think negative thinking about it but it just doesn't feel right too me. i rather just meet in person then have a anonymous person write to me lovey bubby stuff.

It's a chance that people have to take if they think their soul mate is out there! I met my husband  online & many of my previous boyfriends were from online dating.
I met some crazy's  :BangHead:, fatty's  :icon_rr:, skinny's  :dontknow:, oldies  :angel12:, & youngens  :binkybaby: (lied about age)..lol. We all have to take a chance in life some times! Met my hubs 10 yrs ago from personal dating site that used to be FREE...everything now a days u have to pay for!   :bs:

It depends ... I've had friends who found love  and others said they tried online dating  and will never do it again. :angry7:  I personally would like to try internet dating , but I really don't like blind dates and I think sometimes negatively, like I'll meet a crazy person something.
